Law Of Attraction And Self Esteem

Law Of Attraction Self Esteem

Law of Attraction Self-esteem describes how well we value ourselves. It is our sense of self-worth and the belief that we have in our abilities to thrive and succeed. Low self-esteem makes us fearful and unsure. We doubt our skills and fear the approbation of others. It makes us hesitate when action is needed and hides our talents from the world.

Self-confident people face daily challenges with courage and enthusiasm, moving from one encounter to the next, knowing they will succeed. Only when we nurture and cherish the gift of self-esteem can we live life to the fullest.

You can grow your Self-Esteem

If you don’t believe in your abilities and potential then how can anyone else? The Law of Attraction is based on the principle that like attracts like. How on earth will you attract all the good things that you deserve if you are constantly questioning yourself, if you are filled with self-doubt and if you fear to take a chance.

Self-esteem is not necessarily something that you are born with. You can develop it, and it’s worth the effort. Self-confidence or self-esteem opens so many doors and if you possess it you can seize those opportunities and make the best of them. When you have self-confidence, you’re willing to take a chance and make the best of all the exciting things that come your way. Free of fear and insecurity, you can start your own business, take on a new job or travel the world. Healthy self-esteem allows you to live your best life.

None of us is perfect and if you want to build your self esteem you have to accept yourself with all your imperfections. Know that you are unique and that you are beautiful in your uniqueness.

Healthy Self-Esteem is a choice

Having self-confidence or self-esteem enhances our happiness. And it is a choice. We can choose to be self-confident. Confidence attracts success like a magnet. It doesn’t work the other way round. How can you build success if you are too fearful to take even the first steps to build that success?

Many people battle with finding a balance between an over-inflated ego and healthy self-esteem. Self esteem may revolve around our material possessions, our success at work or how attractive we are. If you have a healthy self-esteem you don’t feel the need to measure up against someone else. Those who work off their ego may feel the need to constantly compare themselves with others.

Developing a healthy Self-Esteem

The best way to grow your self esteem and leave the ego behind is to take account of your self-talk. Are you constantly yearning to be or do something that you are not and then making excuses for why you aren’t good enough to be or do that thing?

Crafting positive personal conversations is a sure way to grow your self-esteem. It is also important to be kind to yourself. Live a healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise and a good diet. Spend quality time with family and friends and get plenty of rest.

Focus on your positive aspects and realise how awesome you really are. Self-confidence is about believing in yourself, about trusting and loving who you are. Commit yourself to building your abilities by enhancing your talents and skills and learn something new each day.

Don’t harp on past failures. Let them go, learn from them and move on. Live in the present, and enjoy each day. Drop those worries and face the future with confidence. Wake up each day expecting a successful future with happy outcomes. According to the laws of attraction, you’ll attract success by your positive vibrations.

Don’t underrate the power of positive thinking. Positive thoughts bring positive actions. By the same token negative people bring you down. Surround yourself with positive people who support you, care about you and encourage you to strive for your dreams. Visualise the achievement of your dreams and your brain will help you make those dreams come true. This is Law of Attraction self esteem.
