Gratitude is the key in the Law of Attraction and self love governing relationships.

Humans live in clusters better known as society which is why we are said to be social beings. Humans are exposed to diverse human emotions including intimacy, connection, and interaction in expressing emotions with other human beings in society. Relationships can be the source of positive emotions and supportive psychological feelings. These are essential if we are to lead life of well-being and contentment.

Studies show that when relationships are good, we may survive for as much as 50% longer. This is because Humans need emotional growth and development. Isolation threatens the very wellbeing of humans, and is likely to take a toll on our lives.

When the relationships that we’re in are meaningful and intimate, it creates positive psychological wellbeing and happiness. Whether you’re in a relationship in which you’re not happy, or you need to change your existing relationship into a stronger and more positive one, or even if you want to attract someone into your life, your power of attraction should help you out.

A moot question to ask yourself

If your relationship is a happy and healthy one, it’s invaluable. If you’re planning to achieve the goal of getting into a relationship, you have to understand what the law of attraction says. The first point to consider is – What are the things that make you happy? What is more important for you – your family or your career? What inspires you and what brings you down? What do you skip (do you skip what you should do as a rule?)? The answers to these questions will help to highlight some significant facets of your life that have to improve.

Pose these questions to yourself: Do I like to do things that I love? Do I treat myself with love and am I worth it? If the response to these queries is negative, then you must develop the attribute of self-love. If you really love yourself and work on things that you love, you can easily attract someone to commit to the same.

Another question: Am I happy in spending time with myself? If you don’t enjoy being around with yourself, you shouldn’t expect others to enjoy being around you either.

Many people who don’t find happy relationships tend to look at themselves in a negative light. They feel unworthy of love. When they deny themselves love, they fool themselves by preventing others from showing them love.

Consequently, they find it hard to maintain relationships and they have difficulty finding a suitable partner. They keep thinking that they are alone and they delve deeper into loneliness.

Self-care is associated with looking after your needs, your happiness and your wellbeing. If you keep on ignoring yourself, preferring to make others happy at your own cost, it’s likely that your self-respect is in danger.

However, if you keep on looking after others’ interests rather than your own, it’s likely that others will treat you the same – you’ll be last on their list of importance. If you think that you don’t deserve love, your attitude could harm the prospects of success in your relationship.

Gratitude – how important is it?

You have to have a small amount of gratitude to make a wounded relationship better. Stop and think about those who have helped to get you to your current level of happiness and success. If you can cultivate positive emotions for or find positive qualities in your partner, you’ll give your relationship a great boost. Gratitude is an important factor that can change your life.

List those things in your partner that you see from a positive perspective. Be thankful for them and let the positive qualities come through. Then feel and express your gratitude for them.

If you feel alone in your relationship, think about the things that brought you together in the beginning. Recall and list the happy moments that you shared with others. When you do this exercise of expressing your gratitude, be careful to avoid any negative thoughts. Remember that negative thoughts attract negative actions.  Concentrate on those things for which you can feel grateful and you give others reasons to show you gratitude.

View your lover with Gratitude

Get into a relaxed position and breathe in and out a few times. When you breathe out say the world relax’ consciously and let your body, mind, and soul relax. Keep your eyes closed.

Now imagine yourself on the right date. You feel relaxed and comfortable with yourself. Imagine yourself having fun and get fully engaged with the person you love. Picture your partner and be the best version of yourself.

Imagine the touch, the fragrance. Experience the sunshine, wind, and the powerful romantic emotion inside yourself. Let positive romantic vigor fill every molecule of your body. Spend some time contemplating the happy times with your partner. Take a deep breath before opening your eyes.

Always pose yourself as the master of your love life. Enjoying a fulfilling relationship is as easy to manifest as anything else in life. Occasionally, the path to the right relationship can be an arduous one. But if you have a strong belief in yourself, the world around you will lead you down the path that you must follow. It will provide you with the right support and the direction in which to find love. There is no point in living a lonely and futile life.
