What is manifestation meditation?  By definition, meditation is used to describe the state of intense attention of thought. The individual tries to turn his or her attention inward.

People want to practice meditation so that they can focus on personal development, to achieve peace of mind, and also to get healthier.  Some practice manifestation meditation to manifest their life dreams.  These are specific meditations to help manifest whatever it is you want in life.

Many people are now involved in some form of meditation. There was a book published by Victor Davich that is all about the 8 minute meditation. If you purchase the book and study it you will learn a lot of things about meditation.  You can do it in 8 minutes.

Almost everyone who starts with anything new will have doubts. There are some people who hope that when they begin to meditate they will be enlightened. Don’t  be surprised if you feel like that.  If you want to try the 8-minute meditation, you should learn how to use it one minute at a time.

While many people think that meditation is simple, it is really not that simple. Your mind might race here and there. You cannot seem to concentrate. You must watch your breath. This is the very first step to meditation. Inhale and exhale by breathing deeply. If you do this and keep practicing, you can become good at meditating.

If you catch yourself thinking about other things, focus again on your breathing. Meditation is all about concentrating.  Don’t get discouraged easily and just keep on practicing. Practice makes perfect.

Guided meditation works by getting the conscious and subconscious mind and putting them in a state of relaxation. Guided meditation is often led by a person with a soothing voice and calming music. Listening and engaging in a relaxed way can allow the mind and body to relax. 

During guided meditation, the conscious mind which is the level at which we are aware of our thoughts, is allowed to focus on the meditation.

The subconscious mind is engaged through tone, repetition, sounds or other that allows the subconscious mind to relax and reprogram. The subconscious mind includes judgments, beliefs, and opinions that affect our everyday lives in which we are mostly unaware of them. 

Guided meditation can allow the conscious and subconscious mind to establish new ideas and change thought patterns. This is associated with manifestation meditation.

Instead of allowing our subconscious mind to rule us, we can start to program our minds with whatever beliefs we want. They can be used to strengthen our mindset and change ideas in the subconscious mind. Affirmations are statements that we create and repeat to ourselves in order to create a new idea. For example, I am beautiful.

When we repeat affirmations to ourselves, our mind begins to believe them and it can override any old patterns of negative patterns. This does not happen fast, but through practice you can reprogram the subconscious mind to be more positive. Affirmations can be done anywhere, anytime. They can be said out aloud or repeated silently to yourself. 

But they can also be written repeatedly to engage both the mind into a new state of manifestation. Practicing manifestation meditation and affirmations regularly can begin to shift the awareness from a conditioned idea to a new idea.

Simple Steps To Meditate

Sit with the back vertical, spine and neck are centered.  Be loose and at ease.  Use the first 5 minutes to relax every muscle in your body.  Relax your mind.  But everything inside you must be at ease and be unfocused with what is instead of engaging the mind.  Find your own posture that allows you to be comfortable if need be.  Maybe sit on the floor with your back against the wall.  Practicing meditation is the most effective way to raise your manifestation vibration.  You may need many hours of visualisations and breathing techniques to strengthen the mind.  The meditative state is very powerful and will lead to instant manifestations.  The key to mastering meditation is consistency.  Sitting in silence and deeply relaxing the body.

Be patient and easy with yourself.  Meditate in the mornings.  Create a spot for you to sit in everyday.  Use a sound to help quiet the mind.  Just go with the flow.  Explore your new meditation experience.  Do not resist with fear and skepticism.  Breathe slow and deep into your belly.

Sit or lie down and get into a comfortable position. Make sure your place is quiet.  One you can maintain for a period of time. It’s time to close your eyes.   We are going to take three deep cleansing breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose. Count to six.

With every exhalation, you push negativity and tension away from your body.

Imagine yourself walking on a beautiful beach. 

It is warm. 

The sky is clear. 

The warm sand is touching your feet. 

With every other step, the tide washes in, gently rushing around your ankles.

Every intake of salty, sea air leaves you feeling even more relaxed than the last breath. 

The further you walk the deeper the sun dips on the horizon.

You can hear the water. 

It is inviting. 

It is relaxing. 

In the distance, you can see a bright light. 

The sun has set, but the light is growing stronger. 

You follow the light and eventually encounter a lighthouse. 

The structure is strong. 

It is old, but it stands tall in the face of all weather.

As you grow closer to the lighthouse you see a door. 

You open the door and walk inside. 

When you reach a circular staircase, you grip the railing and ascend into the lighthouse, one step at a time. The higher you climb the safer you feel. 

You reach the top of the lighthouse.

There, in the cozy solitary room, you see a warm and inviting chair. 

You settle into the chair and look out across the sea from your perch. 

Your eyes follow the lighthouse’s beam of light as it searches the empty sea. 

There’s a wind now. 

The wind is picking up. 

There appears to be a store brewing in the distance and the closer it moves to the shore the more tumultuous the waves grow, crashing over each other seemingly racing to beat each other to land. 

The lighthouse’s beam of light is calling out to a tumultuous sea.

The darkness is descending as the storm moves closer. 

This is a storm of potent emotions. 

It is carrying frustration. 

It is carrying jealousy. 

It is carrying fear. 

It is carrying anger. 

It is carrying sadness. 

The emotions blow in with the storm’s winds and clouds. 

The beam of light serves only to draw these emotions even closer. 

It is beckoning them closer, calling out to them. 

You can feel pricks of emotions and feelings roiling within you, moving to the surface as they are drawn to the beam of light. 

They intensify the closer they move. 

You feel each emotion sharply. 

You can feel the force of them churning. 

They cannot harm you. 

These emotions cannot hurt you. 

Do not resist them, focus on how intense each emotion is, and allow the beam of light to dissolve each of them.

As anger is swept up in the bright light it softens. 

As sadness is swept up in the bright light it softens. 

As pain is swept up in the bright light it softens. 

As frustration is swept up in the bright light it softens. 

As jealousy is swept up in the bright light it softens. 

As fear is swept up in the bright light it softens. 

The beam of light grows stronger. 

It grows brighter as all of the emotions are contained within a single light form. 

They have merged into a vibrant light. 

Now it is a positive energy.

The negativity has been contained and now you are looking at radiant waves.

The light is powerful. It calls loudly into the storm and as each feeling passes in the light you feel it. The light invites them and it transforms each of them into positive energy. 

The cleansing light fortifies you. As you watch it cleanse each negative emotion, you feel strengthened. You feel energized. 

During this process, you may experience the surfacing of more emotions. As they surface the light absorbs them. 

Do not judge any of the emotions that surface. Simply allow them to roll into the frame and watch as the light absorbs them as it did the rest. 

You can feel the light’s healing presence, though it does not touch you, it touches everything in your field of vision. 

It is a cleansing presence. 

You feel calm. You feel clear. 

As the lighthouse’s beam of light continues to search the surface of the water you can see the sea growing calm.

The waves are diminishing. The storm is losing force. 

What was once a threatening wall of waves crashing over the top of each other racing to the shore, is barely a whimper in comparison. 

The sea finally grows completely calm. 

It is serene before you as it settles.

Before you, the water is like translucent glass, the moon hanging in the night sky illuminating the scene before you. 

The light of the moon spreads peace, light, calm, and serenity. 

You can hear nothing but silence, settling into a sense of deep inner peace. 

Within this sense of calmness, you call out asking for guidance. 

In the silence, you receive clarity.

Sit quietly now and ask the questions you have. 

Continue breathing deeply and receive feelings, imagines, and information. 

Listen. 

Hear what your intuition is offering. 

Accept. 

Continue breathing calmly. 

You can take all of the time you need to ask, listen, hear, and accept.

Thank the lighthouse for its protection from the storm.

You can now begin the descent down the lighthouse stairs. 

When you reach the bottom of the stairs you exit through the door and close it softly behind you. 

You’re back on the sandy beach. It’s warm. The sun is rising and you feel whole. 

You are in your body, aware of the movement in your feet and hands. 

You feel better than you have ever felt. 

You inhale blessings. 

Now exhale from your mouth to the count of seven. 

With every exhalation, you push negativity and tension away from your body. 

Inhale deeply through your nose. Count to six. 

You inhale blessings. 

Now exhale from your mouth to the count of seven. 

With every exhalation, you push negativity and tension away from your body. 

Inhale deeply through your nose. Count to six. 

You inhale blessings. 

Now exhale from your mouth to the count of seven. 

With every exhalation, you push negativity and tension away from your body. 

Focus all of your attention on your breathing.

If you feel negative emotions creep in you simply transport yourself back to that chair in the lighthouse and remind yourself of the experience that helped you transform negativity into pure energy. 

You are invigorated. 

You have been energized. 

You are so connected with your intuition you can hear it in your inner voice. It is guiding you from here on out. 

You’re almost back in the room. 

One, inhale deeply to the count of six. 

Two, exhale to the count of seven. 

Three, open your eyes. 

Stretch slowly and embrace your physical form. 

Inhale deeply through your nose. Count to six. 

Open your eyes and thank your intuition for its guidance. 

Before you continue your day, let’s stretch. Inhale as you stretch your arms into the air and reach as far as possible with your fingers. Rotate to the right and to the left as you exhale. 

With the soles of your feet touching, lean forward, and place your palms on the floor in front of you. Hold this position for five cleansing breaths. 

This day is yours to own. This moment is yours to grab. Tune back into your intuition at any point necessary to make the right decisions to guide you on your path.
