Muse 2 is a brain sensing headband that provides a range of meditations and provides incentives to meditate. It senses your brain states throughout your meditation and provides instant feedback through sounds. If you are calm, you might hear waves of the ocean as an example so you know you are on the right track. At the end of meditation, it will give you a score regarding how well you kept your mind calm. One downfall is that the Muse 2 tends to calibrate its sensors in order to get more accurate data which takes a few minutes.
Wellue O2
Wellue O2 Wearable Sleep Monitor is the smallest ring sensor for monitoring your sleep patterns. It adapts to most fingers. It provides graphic sleep reports and health data. Each morning you can look at the previous nights results and it will tell you how much sleep you have had. If the SpO2 (blood oxygen level) is lower than the threshold and heart rate is lower or higher than the threshold, the device will tell you in the report. It will help you to develop a healthier lifestyle.

Blue Blockers – Sleep has amazing healing properties. It makes you live longer, enhances memory, keeps you slim and lowers food cravings.
