We use the 3 6 9 manifestation method to establish what we would like from the Universe. We repeat our thoughts throughout the day by making use of consistently phrased and worded affirmations. This convinces the subconscious that what we desire we already have.
The numbers 3 6 9 are synchronised to correlate with the Universe. Three is linked directly to the Universe. Six represents our inner strength and nine helps us to emerge from self-doubt, cleanses negativity and helps us to move out of the past and into the present.
We don’t have to believe completely in an ideology to find the parts of it that work well for us and we can benefit from openness to new ideas.
Using 369 to get a new job
369 Method Step 1.
Keep a pen and paper next to your bed so that you can start your affirmations as soon as you wake up. Start to write the affirmations in the following way.
- I am so happy to have a job at XYZ company
- I have a great boss and friendly colleagues
- I love my work and can’t wait to get to the office each day
- I am grateful for the salary and the benefits that this role brings me
You should repeat this three times, remaining always focused and accepting of the benefits.
Above all believe, believe, believe. You’ll get better at it as you practice.
Avoid doubt and distractions. They will serve only to divert you from your mission. If doubts intervene, pull yourself together and return to your affirmations when you have managed to centre yourself and returned to neutral frame of mind.
At some stage in the process, you will know deeply that the Universe will manifest your wishes. You will soon start to appreciate that your feelings of loss have been replaced by the true knowledge that your dreams have become reality.
3 6 9 Method Step 2.
Spend some time in the afternoon writing the same truths as you did in the morning. This time, repeat six times. This should become part of your daily routine. It mustn’t be rushed. Once you have written the sentences down. Repeat them aloud slowly six times. Believe what you say and remember that this is your desired reality.

Repeat the whole procedure nine times before you go to bed. Written and then spoken affirmations are necessary. You speak your truth out aloud just before you go to sleep.
This is an essential part of the routine. It’s prepping your mind before bedtime so your brain can use your sleep to consolidate the information. In this way it can program your mind to make your dreams real. During sleep there are few external distractions and the subconscious can take control. Use this time well.
We use the 3 6 9 method to reprogram our minds. When you first start you may find doubts creeping in and you’ll have to clear the brain of the thoughts. When we bombard our brains with visualisations the brain can’t differentiate between dreams and reality. By affirming the dream with no resistance, we allow those positive thoughts to stay in our mind.
Sometimes it’s difficult to avoid resistance to your affirmations especially when your dream is particularly important to you. The 3 6 9 method requires that you put energy into manifesting what you want from life. For it to really work you must keep your vibrations in line and know that you are in line to receive your blessings. Fight doubts by repeating the affirmations throughout the day.
Let the Universe take its time
Keep your feelings neutral to ensure that your vibrations are receptive and accepting. Remember that your affirmations will manifest in their own time. You can’t force a timeline onto your wishes.
Attempts to do this will cause conflict and you’ll start to feel a little desperate. Understand that the Universe will reward you in its own time even if you’re pretty sure of the date of the manifestation.
If you want you could ask the Universe to give you a sign that the manifestation is coming. Time doesn’t exist in the world of manifestation. Humans created time. The only time that matters is the here and now. When you start adding timelines to manifestations you indicate to the Universe that you’re in the future and not in the now.
We have to lose that sense of time and appreciate the emotion of having what we want now. We need to let our subconscious believe that we already have what we want.
When we get rid of any sense of time and experience the feelings of having it right now, we remain aligned with our wants, letting our subconscious know that we have it already.
Conclusion
There will be times when you doubt yourself or feel negative. Everyone feels down from time to time and those who don’t probably spend a good deal of time in meditation. When you feel down, the best way to get back onto the path of good vibrations is to accept your emotions and then let them go.
Develop a habit of repeating your positive affirmations 3,6 and 9 times every day. Find your positive energy and get into those vibrations so that your dreams become a reality.
